A perfect day for sharing art with adults and kids who stopped by MOCA for Sunday Studio.
Big thanks to Gustavo Alberto Garcia Vaca for inviting me to participate in this great event.

I’ve been using Kontakt since the original version was released years ago. On the surface it works like a rack-mount drum machine, so I took to it immmediately. This new update looks sweet, especially with the updated time machine and scripting features. Get more info and check out demos at the Native Instruments website.

Take a guided tour of permanent collection artworks from Franz Kline to Ed Ruscha,
then join artist Gustavo Alberto Garcia Vaca to create artworks incorporating abstraction,
text and improvisation. For additional inspiration, DJ/Producer Nomadico will create a
live mix of funk, latin, jazz and techno music.
This mix features music from UR, Public Enemy, Jonah Sharp, Model 600, Radiohead, Marc Mac and more. I did this as a tribute to The Electrifying Mojo, KDAY Mix Masters and all DJs out there who not only move dance-floors, but also open minds.
